INGREDIENTS:

The only flavoring used in Nugali chocolates is the natural vanilla extract, already used by the Aztecs to extol the qualities of cocoa. The real vanilla is obtained from Vanilla planifolia orchid and has a bouquet of extremely complex aromas that perfectly harmonizes with the chocolates made from noble cocoas. The Nugali formulations are less sweet, favoring cocoa flavors. So our Milk Chocolate has 45% cocoa, the Bitter 60%, 70% and 80% cocoa, where the fruit flavor is more present and all its aromatic richness can be exploited.
