Casa De Madeira

In the distant early 20th century, around 1900, on the slopes of the Leopoldina line (now Valley of the Vineyards), it has built a solid basement rock as Paradouro in cultivation and harvest of the grape. Only in 1926 stands a top deck, the then House Madeira. But time passed and the building stood abandoned. 

Finally, in 1980 the winery Luiz Valduga and Sons (now Casa Valduga) acquires the property and with it the commitment to maintain the heritage. And it is precisely in the 80s that the Winery takes its vineyards, traditional American strains for European cultivated today. In view of this development of wine industry, the grape juice was the ideal product to be prepared with about 40 remaining acres of Maroon and Isabel grapes. 

In the colonial period, when the Italian-Brazilian immigrants laid the first stone in mud in the basement of his home, could not possibly imagine that this rock would be the foundation for a company that today is in harmony with the history, care to elaborate products by hand, technology, and the wonderful, unlimited gourmet universe of the 21st century.

The   House Madeira consolidates itself as a company dedicated to haute cuisine and the most demanding palates of the world. Its portfolio originally composed of the grape juice only, today broadened and targeted to the haute cuisine environment with elaborate balsamic creams, and jellies prepared yet to craft so without losing its origins.

GELEIA ORIGINAL

 


Crafted by hand with only the purest juice extracted from fresh fruit, without any piece of fruit. It has a bucolic and nostalgic air of the Original Grandma made.

Prepared by concentrating the juice of fresh and ripe fruits, manually selected in two stages, harvesting and sorting conveyor in order to ensure a high quality standard. 

For jelly classification type Extra are required of 50% whole fruit and 50% sugar, without addition of preservatives.

 

HEALTHIER JELLY- SUGAR FREE

70% FEWER CALORIES PRESERVATIVES


To develop a healthier jelly and 70% fewer calories, Casa Madeira replaced the use of sucrose present in the crystal sugar, the fructose present naturally in all fruits.

Prepared by cooking fresh and ripe fruits, manually selected in two stages, harvesting and sorting conveyor, the jelly gets in your apple juice concentrate formulation, which is responsible for the sweetness of the product. 

Maintaining the characteristics of fresh fruit, it has a high quality standard with no added preservatives or sucrose (sugar).
